normal order processing time is 1-2 business days. orders placed after 4 pm est begin processing on the next business day. for orders during the holidays, allow up to 10 business days for processing. we are closed on all federal holidays.
all orders are shipped via your selected carrier of choice at checkout and are insured up to the $100 in value. an email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped.
we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please file all lost or stolen claims with the selected carrier directly. we will provide all information needed to execute your claim quickly. please verify correct address before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged you have 5 business days from the day the package is delivered to file a claim by sending us an email and a clear picture of the damaged goods to support@shopblended.co and we will be happy to assist you and get your order replaced in a timely manner.
Products are stocked on a regular basis.
